We have a coater for your special application. You can select from one of our existing designs or we will custom design one specifically for your process.

Coater Selection

	Gravure Coater High speed application of low to medium viscosity coatings at weights typically ranging from 1/4 lb. to 5+ lb. per ream (wet). Can be used in hazardous environments when properly specified. Typical applications include primers, washcoats and adhesive application.
	Offset Gravure Coater High speed application of low to medium viscosity coatings at weights typically ranging from 1/4 lb. to 5+ lb. per ream (wet). Can be used in hazardous environments when properly specified. Ideal for silicone coating of release liners and carbonless paper.
	Precision Coater Commonly employed in making prepreg and other composite materials and ultra-high viscosity film adhesives. Can be used for a wide range of coatings up to 100 mils and viscosities up to 1,000,000 cps.
	Knife Over Roll Coater Cost effective metering method, especially when used in comma bar configuration. Suitable for viscosities ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 (speed dependent). Compatible with some hot melt applications.
	Roll Coater Roll coaters have a wide variety of applications. Can be used for extremely high precision coating applications or for high coat weight application of low viscosity coatings. Many variations are available. Speed can range up to 1500 ft./min.
	Slot Die Coater Precision applications for emulsion, solvent and hot melt applications. Also available are extrusion coaters and laminators. Line speeds can exceed 1000 ft./min.
